Returns Policy

General:

From the first email you send to customer service about your return, it will be processed. Due to high demand, it's not always possible to respond immediately. There's no need to send multiple emails: your return will be processed as quickly as possible.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us (Furniluxe ). Furniluxe strives to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from our suppliers. If you have any issues with the shipping or the product, please contact us, and our team will assist you immediately.

 

You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

 

After canceling, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €8.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at baur_t@hotmail.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

 

For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are non-returnable.

Damaged products on arrival

That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. After that, the return period unfortunately expires. For the fastest solution, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part.

Manufacturing errors or defects after use

 

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that a production error has been present for some time. It really has to be a defect. In other words: the part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's specified standard. Wearing parts are excluded from production errors or defects. Wearing parts include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Drive belts
  •  BATTERIES,
  • Brake pads and discs, brake linings, brake drums,
  • Chains, lamps, pinions, tires and hoses
  • Moving parts in the broadest sense of the word

Delivery of wrong products

 

We do our utmost to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that orders slip through the cracks and we ship you the wrong product. We will, of course, resolve this and send you the correct order free of charge. For questions about the delivery of incorrect products, please contact customer service.

Payment method will be processed after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the products have been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with Track & Trace information so we can process the refund.

Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.

 

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend sending returns with a track & trace code, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

 

Can I return my product without contacting you?

No, you must contact us before sending a return, as the return address may be different from the address your order originally came from.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item. Photos are best taken on a flat surface, clearly showing the label and the defect. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please  contact us within 30 days of receiving it. After that, the return period unfortunately expires.

 

Exchange product?

Want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us at baur_t@hotmail.com , but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
