REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €8.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of cancellation now, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the company. To exercise this right, please contact us at baur_t@hotmail.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

The products must of course not have been used, washed or worn. If the product or packaging is damaged, we cannot compensate for this reduction in value of the product. 

Send an email to baur_t@hotmail.com with the reason for your return, a tracking code, and your order or invoice number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the reason for return has been accepted.
